media sound issue in t2 ultra

What do i do my t2 ultra have no sound in music or video bt it works in phone call ring tone..
Plzz suggest me. As soon as whats the problem..

Hi @razz_d_steelman,

Sorry to hear that. I recommend that you make sure you have media volume on. You can do that if you go to: Settings > Sound > Volumes > Music, video, games & other media.

If you already have the volume turned up here i would recommend that you try and reboot your device to safe mode to see that this is not due to one or more of your downloaded apps, as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.
