How do I know what software my phone is using?

Xperia S. Looking in the "About Phone" in settings only shows Android ver, model, Kernel ver, Build # etc but no software names? 

I'm on Android 4.1.2

Jelly Bean is Android 4.1 to 4.3.1, KitKat 4.4 to 4.4.4, Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 to 4.0.4

To add the Xperia S will no longer receive updates and Version 4.1.2 as above been JellyBean will be the last for this model
