My Elm j10i2 is not more able to boot. After start, I'm not able to access menu and widgets and after a while reboots automatically. In the past, I solved this problem by taking out the SD memory card during switch on, and I also solved some problems by deleting temp files by using Far manager.
Now those solutions don't work. Of course it's not possible to use the menu reset since I've no access to menu. So I tried to repair my mobile with PC Companion but it doesn't work since it says that is not able to connect to Sony server (?!?). Anyway PC Companion was able to update itself, so I don't understand and I don't know at the moment how to re-flash my mobile to try to let it work again.
Does anyone know how to help me?

I've solved by flashing the phone with PC Companion. To do this I had to take out the SD card and switch on the phone. In this way it didn't reset and it was possible to run the repair function of PC Companion. Of course all data was lost but the phone is now working. It seems that the problem was generated from a malfunction of SD card.
You might have to contact your local Xperia Care
