i tried to flash my phone but all failed

hi.i tried to flash my phone but the procces stack and i forced to disconect the cable.when i tried to open it only saw the SONY icon and stays there on sony icon.i tried to repair with the software from pc companion but it does not recognise my phone.PLEASE HELP!!

How did you try to Flash - What program did you use?

I downloaded from sony i wrote in google flashtool download and then it goes me to sony flashtool and downloaded.sory for my english

I need to know if your bootloader is unlocked custom Rom etc

no my bootloader isnt unlocked i did nothing with bootloader.either rom

i only download the flashtool i dowload also the .ftf file and try to flash.i didnt do anything else

Well then the Sony Flashtool will only work with unlocked bootloaders so have you tried Pc Companion

Performing a system repair using PC Companion

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP
