How to degrade my xperia p from ANDROID 4.4 to OFFICAL SONY JB rom

i am currently in a custom rom.

Custom rom details":

Android 4.4.4 KIT KAT 

AOSX by Percy G2

I FOUND THAT ALL THE CUSTOM ROM I INSTALLED[BASED ON 4.4] HAVE SEVERE PROBLEMS WITH DAILER

SO I DECUDED TO DEGRADE MY PHONE TO ANDROID 4.1 STOCK 

ANY SUDDESIONS????

I DOWNLOADED A TAR FILE[JB ROM] FROM SONY LINK BUT TO FLASH IT?????

I downloaded the ftf file from sony link and tried to flash via flashtool but failed..\
