Does anyone knows why the high Volume warning appear?

Why does this Warning pops up?

what causes it to show?, because it seems to appear ramdomly and it is incredibly annoying, I admit it is not often, but it should have a "do not show this again" checkbox...

The reason that this is so annoying is because it lowers the volume and shows when my phone is connected to my Sony MEX-BT3100U bluetooth Car Stereo... and I like to have a high volume output from the phone, so I can control the whole range of sound from the Stereo itself, so NO, I will not damage my hearing this way.

Can this warning be avoided entirely?

This warning cannot be avoided or turned off to the best of my knowledge sorry. It is there for the safety of the phone users and will pop up periodically if you play the music on a high volume, though as you have noticed it is very infrequent (maybe once a week).

Thanks for answering Sam, too bad this cant be avoided... I do understand that it is there as a legal matter, but the problem is that the phone should display it only if I were using a headset or headphones, and not showing it while pair to my Car Stereo...

Anyway thanks again

This is so annoying and quite dangerous when driving and having the phone conntected over BT...suddenly the sound dissapears due to this popup whcih also resets your volume settings. Then you have to start fiddeling with your phone while driving...feels safe indeed. Guess someone can get sued for changing your settings without approval like the popup does. Slightly_smiling_Face
