Try performing a system repair - This will factory reset your phone
Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process
If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP
If that fails then you need to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
Do you use any screen protector? If yes, do you have the possibility to try without this? Also make sure that there is no dirt on your display that may cause this behaviour. Otherwise, I suggest that you follow Thommo's instructions to perform a software repair via PC Companion.
Hi Hampus, Hi Tommo and thanks for advise. I never use screen protectors for my sony phones, that kills all their beauty. Also I love that device and keep it fine. That top right anomalise always used to arise at this position.
Now I finished system repair as Tommo said, and watching for my T3 work. Hope that fix it all.
Thanks again, good luck.
Thx guys it seems my problem were solved successfully. I watched to my phone for a week, and I have concluded that there are no more anomalies. So Thank You! Good Luck!
