Cant change ringtones!

Hi guys,
I have a t2 ultra dualsim and use 5.1.1 android version
When i change rington my phone from defult its ok
But when i select another music with any foats, selected and play but no sound and silence 😕
What can i do without reset?!

where are the music files on the internal storage or an SD card?
