Can't change default choices

Hi

I updated my phone today to the latest update, and apart from being glitchy initially, i eventually got it to work, but now, whenever i call someone, make any choice, i get the option to 'always do this' or 'do this only once' sort of thing. I accidently pressed 'always do this' for my ringtone change options, and now i cant get away from the default ringtones, and i can't work out how to reset this choice that i ACCIDENTLY made. i now cant change my ringtone.

HELP!

Try this and see if it helps: Settings -> Apps -> All -> Media storage -> Clear defaults.
