android.process.acore has stopped in xperia p

Hi, i am using xperia p.. and i am having this problem, android.process.acore has stopped. none of my appplications are working.. can u pls help...i am using 4.0.4(LT22i) . Thank you.

have you disable any apps?

no not yet.. even if u remove the sim same things are happening... what should i do??

try this

settings > apps > all > contacts > clear cache

also it will be wise to create a backup of your contacts

ill update and get back to u.. i tried many times cant even back my contact by any means because none of my apps are working including contacts,ph,msg,calenadar etc...
