Album movie previews

In the album, the preview tiles for any MP4 movies I have created on my laptop, then transferred to my Miro phone, appear as just a black square with a picture of a strip of film.

This makes it awkward to select the exact clip I am looking for.

I have already tried clearing the Media Storage Data, as mentioned elsewhere.

Any help appreciated...cheers!

What if you change the format with either Media Go or PC Companion or format factory
