After uapdated To Jelly Bean in Sony Xperia P, Album Not working its showing blank.

There are lots of pictuer in my cell which i can browers from file Commander but from ALBUM its blank.

can any one facing same isssue or help me on this?

Ok this is the first post of mine here .

First of all those who are having dialer and scroller logging issues : - Please try this...

Settings > Apps > All > Phone > Clear Data and then press power and voice up at the same time, vibrate 3 times, restart and the call lag was gone and it started to work alright.

Do this for almost all apps in phone like home, messages, phone-book which you feels like is important for you .. Clear the data for all of them .. And restart your phone by the above given process.

I have been using my Xperia from last october and upgraded from Gingerbird to Ics and then to JB.

I have tried this last night and everything seems fine.. My Xperia P is running like charm. I will state that I have upgraded JB .100 from OTA few weeks back and i have't rooted my phone.

Seriously battery back-up is also feel like improved. Everything is running great.

Before this procedure mentioned above, I was feeling like hell because everything was lagging .. But now its running fine.. I will UPdate you guys if anything I observe in my cell.

I cleared the data on the 'album' app and restarted phone, but that didnt do anything for me. Anything else i can try?

Hi Uliwooly, does clearing the will permanently delete those photos stored in my phone or not? I'm plannig to restore first all of my photos in my phone before doing your work around but i was not able to find those photos in SD card folde. thanks!

Resetting to factory settings will deleted your internal phone memory.So you need to backup.

Thanks it worked for me as well, but i have this issue:
whenever i repair, in PC companion, in software repairing update, in 2nd step of prepare, it asks to turn phone off, and connect it with usb by pressing volume key down, it never recignize that way, so the process doesn't go further... tried many times with volume key down, it wont recognize unless the phone is switched on...

turn phone off and wait alteast a min .. (1 min) then press and hold the vol down key and now insert the cable to the device .. it sure detects ..

Whenever i explore my xperia p , i always find a new bug ( jb .100 firmware) .Before it was contacts and phone call log scrolling problem ,now my photos is not showing in album app.come on SONY , every time i have to clear album's data from app setings:smileyrolleyes:    now when phone goes up to 6-7 days it starts lagging.i've done factory reset,repair fw with sus,its not helping.everyday i remember my previous neo v which had so buggy & laggy update.come on SONY please do something.xperia s recevied a update with new baseband,kernel. we are hoping a buggless & legless jb from SONY.  i hope you guys are working on this.:smileyhappy:
