здравствуйте у меня телефон Sony xperia m5, он не включается, и я его не могу восстановить, я уже все перепробовал, когда вот в приложений sony companion выскакивает окошко (подключите устройство зажимая кнопку громкости уменьшения) я нажимаю, но ничего не происходит, и зеленый индикатор не горит, а только красный все время, он ни в какую не включается...

What if you connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 1-2 hours > try again with XC
