Quite position on Xperia M4

I can't put my phone into a quiet position only on Vibration position and it's very bother me, can anyone please help me?

Hi @Someone10 and welcome to the community.

You can turn of all sounds and notification if you put your device in to do not disturb mode. How you do this depends on which Android version you are currently using.

For Android 5 you press the volume key then tap silent to enter silent mode. In Android 6 you have to pull down the curtain containing the your active quick settings, here find do not disturb and tap it, select total silence. If you can't find do not disturb in the quick settings menu tap the pen in the upper right corner to edit them.
