How to unlock my screen when there is a green frame around the padlock icon

The provlem is that I can no longer unlock my screen, when I press the icon for the lock password click, there comes a green frame around it and after several times trying to get to the unlocking of my screen (where I can enter my password) there is also a green frame around it. If I typ the letters on the keypad I get no response. Furthermore, I have already rebooted it a few times, with the password of the SIM card tgere are also green frames to all the boxes and slow response. Also I have taken separately out the SIM card and SD card, no improvement.

The strange thing is that I get (whatsapp)messages. (to see to the light and hearing the vibration)

Hi @Bouman,

It sounds like you have TalkBack enabled on your device. You can pause TalkBack if you draw a large L across the screen on your device. then tap pause feedback on the settings menu, then tap ok twice to pause feedback. To disable TalkBack go to: Settings > Accessibility > TalkBack > Off.
