Could you possibly return with a more detailed question? Is it regarding the internal storage on your L1 or is it a SD card that is malfunctioning?

So,my phone was fine i thought until I tried to click a picture and I couldn't because of storage being full...

I cleared some storage and found out through an app that around 1.11 GB of storage is being used by nothing like there is no folder or any type of file...

And it is on the internal storage not SD card.. Can you help please my phone has only around 2.6 GB rom free which causes lag in different apps... 😣 Help!!

Thank you @Svetlana14 for the clarification! 

In that case it might be the cache storage that has piled up, try clearing the cache for the app.. This will not erase the app, it ill however reset the app to its original settings which might free up the majority of the storage the app is currently occupying. Find and tap Settings > Apps > Tap the name of the app > Storage > Clear cache. 

Try this and let me know how it goes!
