Pop up ads

Every time I open my sony a Facebook ad pops up on my home screen. I have installed nothing that would make this happen so plz help.

If facebook was preloaded with your phone > boot in >>> safe mode and check again, if it wasn't then uninstall and reinstall it > report back, but most likely it is a third party app acting up.

No. I did what u said but no help. The thing is I have had Facebook disabled since I got the phone. And recently I've had more than just Facebook ads.

Hi @Ciarán, sorry to hear about this.

I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean with "when I open up my device", do you mean that you see these ads when you unlock the screen lock on your phone? If you do, try rebooting your phone in safe mode like @uliwooly recommended and see if you experience the same behaviour when third party applications aren't loaded.
