Lines when takeing photos

When i take a photo with the main camera i get lines on the pic! Ive reset the phone to factory default but still have the same results!

I'm sorry to hear this.

After you did you factory reset of your device did you restore a backup? I recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion then start your device without restoring any backup.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for further troubleshooting and repair.
