I can not verifying my google account on my Experia L1

While I trying to set up the device, it always asking for Verifying your account. But when I enter google account, it asks to enter register account which was used for the first time. While I enter forget email details and verify by my phone number, still it stuck on same Verifying your account page.

Hi @Anjli, let me see if I can help out here. 

From your description it sounds like the theft protection has been activated on the phone. This usually happens when a phone with a screen lock is reset to factory settings .

To unlock lockdown by Google Device Protection you have to login using the same Google account which you used to activate the screen lock in your device. Unfortunately there is no way around this due to security reasons set by Google. If you do not remember your Google password you may reset it using the following link https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery/.

If you still are unable to login I can only advice you to have your device sent in to an authorized service center in order to have it unlocked. In that case I would suggest that you get in contact with your local support team.
