Device memory full in xperia L

Hi.

I have a problem with my xperia L. Device memory gets full with normal usage after a couple of weeks. After it gets full, the phone is almost impossible to use; album doesn't work, new updates will not install, phone resets itself, cannot install new programs.. ETC. The only way out is, in my opinion, to make a "factory reset". But this is not how it should go with a mobile phone..

I am completely sure that this is somekind of a software bug, because my work mate is having exactly same symptoms with his phone and some other users have complained this in this forum with other words. For example:

Somebody explained that this is because the album app is somehow broken, other explanation would be that the phone doesn't know how to refresh the temp files...

Now I have some questions for Sony:

1. Do you recognize this problem?

2. How are you going to tackle it and what is the schedule?

3. Also, when tackling this problem, will you repair the camera software too?

Then, I would like to know if there are other users having the same problem.. By the way, the system version is 15.0.A.1.31

visit this and download the app..it will all the ram memories in your device, and you can delete the temp files and unnecessary files..

my device memory is almost full... only 150mb is left... so new app is can't download.. internal storage is almost empty... how I can solve this problem.. please help guys

Hey guys i was having the same problem... I fixed that by disabling the walkman,album,video(movies) application and after that i cleared my internal storage.. Be careful that you dont open ur album app and dont open your images via whatsapp.. This will eat the internal memory.. Install other apps like gallery,poweramp,mx player for using your media...

A'm instal only 6 apps ....now my memory is 120 mp.

Dear Sony,am using Sony Xperia L and memory is frustrating,I find it difficult to update my apps,even download new one.please I will b glad if this can be corrected online or apps stores.thanks

i've been using xperia l for 2 years now and i know this problem of thumbnail is always there, no matter if u delete the folder, the thumbnail would be created again n u won't be even able to see it using file commander n talking about clean master, i do use clean master n every time i open my file commander again or any app opens up my gallery these thumbnails r created and use upto 2.5 gb of internal storage, so annoying . i feel like throwing this phone into a river. i've used other phones of sony but thus problem isn't in every model so please sony never make a phone like this and make people hate ur products. i'm using firmware 15.3.A.1.17

Hi, I face a similar issue with my xperia L. Internal memory gets full very often. Camera and flashlight stopped working too. Not sure if it's related though. It occurred around the same time as the memory issue. Can't seem to find anything to transfer to the SD card to ease the load. I would really appreciate if the support team could help me out.
