Upgraded operating system with Sony STR-DN840. All works well EXCEPT that during BluRay operations, any change to volume, up or down, remote or manual, will stop the movie playback...must press play...works well until volume changes again. Tried second BluRay...same issue. High-speed HDMI cables used. Setup is HMDI between BD port on STR to 2-year old Samsung BluRay, and HDMI between TV Out on STR to HDMI 1 port on Samsung TV. Again, satellite, Bluetooth, tuner, and AirPlay works fine...no volume issue. Any ideas?
