We have the above DVD player. When we watch the DVD player we cannot access the Internet. When we watch Netflix, etc., we can access the Internet.

Can anyone please help with my query?

Can you clarify what you mean by the following?

"When we watch the DVD player we cannot access the Internet"

When you say you cannot access the internet are you referring to the internet on the DVD Player or a nearby computer?

If you're referring to not being able to use the internet whilst using the DVD Player, this is normal.

However Netflix is an internet based streaming service. I don't think you can access another service at the same time as viewing Netflix though, what would be the point in that?

Maybe you can clarify?
