Fitting a Sony HT-CT60 Soudbar to a Sony KDL-V40A12U TV

I am going to fix the above by using RCA connections as the TV has not got a Optical connector, will I lose out on sound quality?

Hi there

Optical will always be better in regards to sound clarity, but for most people you wont notice the difference at all. To hedge your bets, find a good cable, they arnt that expensive on Amazon anyhow,
