Bdv-n590 constantly re-setting

I have just set up my new BDV-N590 cinema system, however it keeps re-starting every 1 minute or so. I have it set up with my Sky +HD box and LG TV as follows:

N590 HDMI 1 IN - Sky HDMI socket

N590 HDMI OUT - TV HDMI ARC IN

N590 Optical Audio In - Sky Optical Audio out

I have also set up with the Sky +HD box connecting directly to the TV via HDMI, and using the optical cable from the Sky to N590, however I was unable to get sound from the rear speakers.

I have updated to the latest firmware, and re-set all factory settings. Still no luck. It even restarted 1/2 way though the setup process (during calibration of speakers)

Any help would be much appreciated.

I just found out the code for LG tv is 05 -- haha, it is not even on my operation manual , damn it
