My Cybershot DSC F828 suddenly showed problems when zooming: all the colours went 'wrong', almost like going negative. I sent it to Sony for repair. About 9 months after return ('repaired') the same problem started again. Queried it with Sony who 'assured' me it must be a new problem, even thought the symptoms were exactly the same.
I don't think they did a proper job in the first place, just bodged it, so now have no confidence in their repair system. Can anyone suggest a reliable alternative? Although the camera is now not a current model it has a really good lens, and I would like to keep on using it if possible.
