Having trouble loading video,s onto computer it seem to take an age also when trying to edit and files are stored on a usb stick the software does not recognis the usb any ideas

• which type of USB-stick are you using (USB2.0/USB3.0)
• which video quality have you selected on the camera
• which editing software are you using
• what are the hardware specs of your computer
