Hi Nadim, welcome to the Sony Forums

NAVTEQ map data is a very new feature and at present some parts of the world (South America, for example) are not covered.

I'm not sure if this is something Sony will offer as part of a firmware update, but I'd imagine firmware would be the method by which map updates would be delivered.
