Driver for HDR-X350VE on Windows 7

My computer does not recognise the connected camera.  I have already downloaded and installed the latest version of PMB 5.0.02.11130.  However, this has not changed anything or made it work.

MY OS is:

Windows 7 Professional 64 bit Service Pack 1

When I troubleshoot the unrecognised connected device (which is the camera) it says I need a driver for it.

Please help urgently.

Hi mismith7712 and welcome.

You need to update to PMB 5.8.02 for Windows 7 compatibility.
