We are going to need a little more details of the issue before that much advice can be offered. Firstly, is this for video or still images? Is it something that has just now got worse or an issue you have had since you got the Handycam? Where was it repaired and what did they do?
If you have any pictures or video you could share that highlights the issue it may prove very useful.
If you can answer some or all of the above we should be able to work something out.
