Where is Nougat?

Anticipating the release of the Nougat update for my KD-558507C, instead we get yet another incremental release  

looking at the launch schedule just says the usual “ will be announced in the autumn of 2017”

are we ever to get Nougat?  

Been thinking about bout a bigger set but will now wait until this is resolved.

There´s probably to much bugs for it to be released. I'll much rather wait for a stable release, than a buggy one
