Hi, I have just bought a 55" A9G and have been looking for the auto sound optimisation function but unable to find it, I have found it in the App permissions but if you go in to the sound settings there is no auto calibration button. Can anyone help. I have just changed it from a 15 year old Pioneer Plasma so the picture is better but the sound was better on the plasma as it had the fitted speakers along the bottom of the screen.
Yes that is but i haven't got that option in the menu.
I believe the Help Guide was updated after the Pie version was released, so make sure your TV is up to date (v6.5042).
Hope this helps!

Yes all up to date.
Hi, yes tried completely putting tv back to factory reset but did not work, keep being told different reasons for it by Sony and they now say the tv hasn’t got that feature but I have an app permission for it to use the microphone in the settings so it has now gone to level 2 support but I don’t believe anything they say anymore. They told me I had to download Calman for Bravia for it to work but that is for professional calibration.
How do you try to access the sound adjustment settings? I'd recommend accessing it from the home menu and not from the options button if available by pressing the home button- select settings- display and sound- sound- then select sound customization.
