New Android TV Home Screen

With reference to the new home screen, why doesn't BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub or Channel 4 load up in Sony Select.

I keep getting an error message telling me to try later.

Hi Blumine1818, have you tried to disconnect the TV and the router from the mains for a few minutes? Also, what is the software version of the TV(Help button- system information) ?

@Blumine1818  - I am pretty sure that with the latest Android TV update with the new Home screen layout that all of the UK On-Demand type services are now under YouView -> Stream only.

On my old Bravia with the new Home screen, they would show up on the Home screen once I had used them. But this too seems to have stopped working. Now they are only found as above.

You can get some other Home screen apps from Google Play or as an apk download, if this new behaviour is not to your liking.

Hi Blumine1818, did you try Live TV? Or through YouView? The new layout changed the old menu so it won't be working as it was before, try these options and let us know what happens.
