Can you show a picture of the issue?

Where did you buy the TV from?

It seems like burn in, nothing that can be solved. If you have a warranty still valid you may try to get a replacement after going through a lot of questions on how do you use your tv

Hi Rooobb

Will check my warranty I won't mind how many questions they fire at me as long as they replace the TV

Hey @jimf63, make sure to have the latest software version available first. If so, have you tried a factory data reset?

Trying doesn't make any damage, but this is not a software issue imho

Hi, Also since this is Clearly an OLED burn in issue, make sure to try the panel refresh option as it can actually solve it or at least decrease the effect of it a bit.
