Issues with casting
When i download apps Masterclass and BT sport i get no sound and a jittery video.
Ive tried clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling apps, even did a factory reset.
my Wifi speed is over 100mbs so it isnt that as Netflix and Amazon video work fine.
it also happens when I cast the apps to the tv as well.
any ideas? Thanks

Hi, it seems like an issue with the performance of these specific apps on the TV. Which TV do you have BTW? Did you try a software update?
