Bravia sync has stopped working

After doing an update on my Bravia kd55xh9296 Bravia sync has stopped working.I’ve restarted and reset the tv but nothing works.Has anyone got a suggestion.

You can press Help on the remote to get it. 

Also, did you try a full factory data reset? 

What's the player that you're using Bravia Sync with? Did you try troubleshooting it?
