bravia 55xg9505 mic on remote not working

I have a problem with remote contorol.When I press mic on it nothing happens,it looks this function is off,no led light on remote flashes or neither on tv when pressed mic button.

I tried to pair it in tv settings and restart  but still nothing.

Any idea what to do with?
