Actualizacion pantalla TV KD-55AG8(refrescar)

Hola. Tengo un problema con mi TV KD-55AG8 , el día 28/5 han hecho un año que la tengo. Ayer apareció un mensaje en la pantalla, al apagar la tele, que dice que ha alcanzado un nivel de uso q requiere se actualice el panel. Sigo las indicaciones, se apaga la tele y al rato la led de debajo de la tele parpadea roja seis veces y no se hace la actualización. No consigo quitar el mensaje ni se que le pasa. Alguien me puede ayudar?

Hello. I have a problem with my TV KD-55AG8 , the day 28/5 have made a year that I have it. Yesterday a message appeared on the screen, when turning off the TV, which says that it has reached a level of usage q requires the panel to be updated. I follow the indications, the TV is turned off and after a while the LED under the TV flashes red six times and the update is not done. I can't remove the message or what happens to it. Can anyone help me?
