Mobile data toggle is gone - how to get it back? Xperia 10 V

Hi,

My mobile data toggle is gone. I can no longer switch off and on my mobile data.

It did not happen suddenly.

Few months ago I noticed that this toggle is disappearing sometimes.

As time passed - it happened more often.

And now the toggle is not there at all (few days ago it came back for 10 minutes and then disappeared again).

What is happening and how to get the toggle back?
