Xperia1 keeps restarting

My xperia1  was running slowly so I rebooted it. It now keeps trying to start and never gets past the android screen and then restarts itself over and over. I have tried the 2 minute shutdown but nothing.

I aim to take it back to the O2 shop in the morning but just checking if anyone has had this issue.

Hi @jonivegas, sorry to hear about this.

Have you tried removing the SIM and/or SD cards from the device? If either of them are defect it can cause the device to not boot up normally.

Tried every trick in the book but no joy.

Phone has been taken to O2 store and repair arranged.
