Xperia 1 Xbox elite controller

OK so I have the xperia 1 and a elite 2 controller for xbox, I have no issue pairing them via Bluetooth but when any button is pressed on the controller or analogue stick moves it registers as random button presses, is there an update for this or some kind of fix?

The only pads that work are the newest ones. The ones without the plastic mould on the shoulders

That's what I mean I have the newest elite controller the elite 2 and the connection isnt the issue its the button inputs from the controller
