Same here, the time goes past full charge is proportional to the amount of lag you get afterwards. I ended up having to watch the phone charging everytime to not restart after every charge session and lose all the notifications that I don't even get a chance to read because of the lag. Oh, and fast charge is not working, so I have to watch it charge twice as long. I absolutely loved this Android 10 update. So brilliant that it prevents me to charge and use the phone normally.
