My messenger app never worked from the beginning. I have a new Xperia 1 for a few months now. Also not receiving voicemail.
I can make and receive calls only.
I cannot send or receive text messages.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
Did you talk to your service provider? I believe your phone is missing the relevant settings and they should be able to push the settings to your phone
You can start by going to settings and find reset network settings.
If that doesn't help then still go to your network provider.
