Xperia 1 has already a pretty capable low light performance and the HDR somehow behaves like a night mode.
However, a dedicated night mode is something regular consumers always look for.
Furthermore, most reviewers and youtubers do not use manual mode.
So, a dedicated nightmode feature in the camera app and HDR option's presence in auto mode will be game changing moves for Xperia.
