On Demand Channels do not load properly on my Sony Bravia TV

On Demand channels eg BBCiPlayer, My5, ITV Hub etc - TV is very slow to react to command to switch from watching Freeview to the On Demand channels top page. Then invariably to watch a program, it has at least 3 attempts to load the program properly. Often the first two loads abort after say 20 seconds, and start again. Does anybody have any ideas please?

Hey @chrissurridge,

When you go to settings then setup and choose network, there's an option called ''Refresh Internet Content'', I'd recommend doing it once.

Also, maybe unplug the TV for a few minutes, then test it once more.
