It means that after a week or so I must search for channels again

because the TV writes that there are no channels

then I start a new search by the menu

and then It works for about one week and then I must start over again

Hi there

Im not sure what you mean by 'loose' - can you explain a little more on that? How do you find the channels again?

In the mean-time, try a factory reset of the TV, as it may flush any errors in it. Be sure to write down any customised settings firsthand, as they will be lost too. Goto Settings > Setup > All Reset

Cheers

Hi there

Try disabling "Auto Service Update" to see it this has the desired affect. Disabling this has the effect of channels will not be automattically updated when added or deleted. You will need to perform a re-tune for new channels periodically.

Goto Settings > Digital Setup > Technical Setup > Auto Service Update and set to OFF.

Give that a test run anyhow.

Cheers
