Per favore, qualcuno mi aiuta a far sparire questo messaggio.
Aggiungo inoltre che mi scollega e mi crea una nuova connessione durante la navigazione nel web. Un grande grazie a chi mi da una mano.

anch'io ho lo stesso problema , in aggiunta non funziona la rotellina del mouse e le pagine iniziali internet si caricano lentamente
avete risolto?

anche a me tra l'altro quando mi connetto a casa dialup mi scollega dopo un po' (in ufficio con la rete no)

su un altro forum ho trovato questo:

My Sony Vaio laptop began to show the error message "europa wheel module failed" when I tried to sign on to the Internet. I contacted Sony online support and they had me do a "System Restore." I tried it and it worked! Just go to your "start" button, point to "Programs," point to "Accessories," point to "System Tools," and then click on "System Restore." Chose "Restore system to an earlier date and time" and then follow the commands. Enter a date and time before the error message began showing on your laptop. Hope this helps.

ho trovato anche questo:

I have tried System Restore so many times and it will not let me go to an earlier date for some reason. 
I chatted with a Sony person and that message doesn't appear anymore!

dato che non spiega come ha risolto, ho chiamato l'assistenza Sony, aperto una pratica, attendo news.

nessuna, l'assistenza Sony mi ha richiamato dicendo che l'unica è riformattare la macchina (...)

Io penso di aver risolto il problema tornando al punto di ripristino precedente alla comparsa del messaggio. Fortunatamente non era troppo "vecchio".

Non avendo un punto di ripristino recente, io ho risolto andando a vedere il boot di avvio con msconfig, pulendo il superfluo. Tutto ok.
