Tablet Z2 content

I have this shiny lovely Z2 tablet. The one advertised as being able to handle HD content without problems - it's certainly got the screen and the processor for it. So, where's the content? Why can't I have HD versions of programmes from BBC iPlayer or from the Google Play Store etc? Anyone able to shed some light on this?
