fe41e keyboard problem

hi, i just bought an fe41e, i plugged in the charger and started it up. however some of the keys arent working, the 'r' 'y' and 'u' and a few of the number keys.. has anyone else had this problem, could it be just that it needs longer to charge?.. i hope so

If keys aren't working, then don't use it and take it back (or send it back if from online) to where ever you got it from and get it replaced, don't wait and mess around trying to figure out whats wrong with it.

ok thanks, i have it charging, think i will just disconnect it and box it all back up. i bought it online hopefully there are no probs with them taking it back

Usually you can return a product withing x amount of days (at the very least a week) for no reason, no quibble as you bought it "unseen" off the internet, so just return and either get a refund or exchange, would make sense to contact the company you got it from in some way first though, good luck,
