    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi bps1,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The full version of Win DVD is not available to download, only updates can be found on the Sony Vaio-Link site..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately most but not all of the pre-installed applications can be re-installed using the Vaio recovery utility and Win DVD is one of those exceptions, the only way to re-install win DVD BD is to run the Vaio recovery utility and restore your Vaio back to factory settings.. &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.ee/html/@8A5BDCECEE2E5AB683F2BDAA500F2036/images/smilies/035.png" alt=":slight_frown:" title=":slight_frown:" /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure you back up important data first.. &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.ee/html/@0248C33DDCF34AA61B8F8F33F5AFA5BE/images/smilies/013.png" alt=":wink:" title=":wink:" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You may be able to recover Win DVD by doing a system restore to the point before you lose win DVD.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/helpandsupport/learnmore/systemrestore.mspx" target="_blank"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;  is a guide should you need it, is for XP but the process is similar.. &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.ee/html/@3191CA7235A406D833094BA2DD1CF2FF/images/smilies/011.png" alt=":slight_smile:" title=":slight_smile:" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have managed to lose Intervideo DVD that came preinstalled with my AR31S, tried using recovery tool but it isn't listed as one of the porgrams i can reinstall. checking on ar31s support page there are dowloads  referring to intervideo but all of them fail to install as they state i need the previous version, any idead how i can get intervideo dvd blueray player again?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
