PRS-300 Loading problems when first open it.

I have a PRS-300 that either takes approx 10 minutes to load after I turn it on or else it just shows it is loading. Have tried doing a soft reset a couple of times but it still takes > 10 minutes to load. Reader is 20 months old. Am getting really fed up with it. Would appreciate your help.

Hi frwoodl26,

Have you tried a full (hard) reset - might be worth giving it a go. Just be sure that any content you have on your Reader is backed up on your computer though as everything gets erased, so you'd have to retsore your content from your computer afterwards.
